Hi, I'm Sophia. The first time I set foot on Naxos 37 years ago I felt that this was where I wanted to stay and put down roots. My sons Nikos and Kostas are my co-hosts. Nikos is a fluent English and German speaker, having studied music in Austria for several years and Kostas is a perfectionist in olive oil production and a certified olive oil tasting sommelier.

What we stand for

​

The restoration of Kambones was a family project for many years and we have all been involved in it . Restoring a listed building to the standard required by the Greek Ministry of Culture is no mean feat , but equally important are the surviving contents : furniture, metalwork,  household items, paintings, books, embroidery and lace , all of which we have restored .
